What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, company, phone and message — to respond to your inquiry.
• Account data: usernames, roles and activity logs for authorised users of your workspace.
• Business data: invoices, transactions and documents you enter or import into Bill-All.

Why we process it

We process personal information to provide the Bill-All service, respond to sales and support requests, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

Retention

• Contact form submissions: 24 months, then deleted from inquiry logs.
• Account and business data: for the duration of your subscription and as required for backups and legal compliance.

Hosting & security

Data is hosted in South Africa. We use encrypted backups, access controls and role-based permissions. ID numbers are masked by default in the application.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to POPIA. Contact us at the email above.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted on this page.
