Service

Bill-All is a cloud billing and bookkeeping application. Access is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and company information.
• Keep login credentials secure; notify us of unauthorised access.
• Ensure you have lawful grounds to process personal information you upload (employees, contractors, customers).
• Use the service in compliance with South African law, including tax and POPIA obligations.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to breach security, overload the service, or use Bill-All for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for material breach.

Data & availability

We maintain daily backups and host in South Africa. While we aim for high availability, the service is provided without guaranteed uptime unless agreed in writing for Enterprise customers.

Fees

Prices are ex VAT unless stated. Setup fees and monthly/annual billing apply as selected. Cancellation stops future billing; export your data before closure if required.

Liability

Bill-All is a tool to assist your records — not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice. Divine Online Solutions is not liable for decisions made solely on application output without independent verification, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
